Blo Back Gallery Events Space Rental Fee Structure
Blo Back Gallery has three spaces that can be rented as one or separately.
The spaces are known as Big Blo, End Space and the Storeroom.
Big Blo is the largest and it includes a stage, projector, P/A system, separate entry, separate bathroom, stage, outside, inside seating and a bar.
Measurements for the large space are 35’x47’1700 sq feet plus ADA bathroom. Ceiling ht 11’-5”
The bar room is 16’x24’ Total capacity is 261 people inside and 33 outside.
The stage measures 16’x10’ and has stage lights.
Big Blo base space rental
$400.00 for the first two hours and $75.00 for each additional hour. The outside seating area is included, capacity is 33 outside. The hours on contract are from load in to load out, extra hours will be charged in 20 minute increments at $50.00 per.
Chairs and tables included, currently our inventory of tables is five at 5’, 2 at 6’, 2 at 8’ Chair inventory is 64
Ala Carte menu extras
Cash /credit bar is included in alcohol sales and is not an extra charge.
Bar tender is $25.00 per hour
Sound person $40.00 per hour
Catering as specified quoted separately based on menu needs
Projector is free to use, but if A/V person needed add $75.00 per hour
If private event you are free to bring in your own food.
End Space has it’s own entry door, ADA bathroom, garage door and can be combined with Big Blo or not. Measurements are 47’x31’ and has an 11’-5” ceiling height.
2 options for for End Space *:
$200 Hr (No Gallery access, this is if you don't need any add ons, and just need the space with bathroom) This space has its own entrance and garage door! $30 Each additional hour. No ala carte. *Also this option is used if we already have events in the other spaces.
$300 Hr End space with gallery access such as ala carte add ons! $35 each additional hour. *THIS CANNOT be accommodated if there is any other even happening.
Be mindful of your time, load in and clean up is during your schedule time. E.g.. : If you rent until 5pm, you event must end BEFORE this time to allow for clean up, and load out. There will be additional charges for over time.
